RESPECT, EVERY DAY
Respect is not a sticker. It is a choice put into practice.
A symbolic pledge alone cannot change organisational culture. Our journey turns intentions into responsibility, resources and action: tangible commitments, measured, verified and renewed over time. We listen to the organisation’s reality and build a sustainable plan together, with experts alongside you.
A first look at the six areas: governance, prevention, support, training, communication and external commitment. Recognise existing practices and priorities without judgement or an automatic promise of recognition.
We discuss size, context, needs and objectives. This meeting is free: we agree on a possible starting level and necessary activities before providing a tailored proposal.
The legal representative signs the Charter. The organisation appoints an internal contact to coordinate the journey, encourage participation and liaise with the expert network.
We work on policies, listening and support procedures, experiential training and respectful communication. Activities are co-designed with staff and included in an action plan with responsibilities, timelines and indicators.
The organisation submits the evidence required for its chosen level. The Evaluation Committee reviews the application under the scheme’s rules. Verified and Leader levels include document review and an interview. Those who supported the company do not assess its application.
Following a positive outcome, the Marchio ORANGE is issued with a unique code and public registry entry. Impegno is valid for 12 months; Verificato and Leader for 24 months with annual monitoring. Renewal checks that commitments remain part of organisational life.
Educating ourselves to educate for respect means taking part together. Workshops, cinema, storytelling, arts and media open spaces that a lecture alone cannot create. We co-design activities with people, starting with leaders: real situations, listening, exercises and reflection on everyday practices.
Consultants support the development of actions and documents. The Evaluation Committee is separate and makes an independent decision on recognition. This protects the credibility of the review and prevents those who prepare an application from deciding its outcome.
Training may be funded through the interprofessional funds a company belongs to, subject to their calls and eligibility requirements. We help check membership, available opportunities and the training plan’s compatibility. Funding is not automatic and is not a tax benefit of the Marchio ORANGE.
