The 16 days connect the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women to Human Rights Day. Organisations can use this moment to make daily work visible, involve people and the community and sustain their Charter commitments.

A short film, guided discussion or language workshop with staff and managers. Never require personal disclosures.
Share guidelines, arrange a supply chain meeting or co-design an initiative bringing respect to business relationships.
Agree on a collection or project based on a local centre’s actual needs. Communicate confidentially without exposing people receiving support.
